Refund policy

General Return Policy:
At Vilros we pride ourselves with 100% customer satisfaction.
If for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Merchandise must be in the same condition that received.

We cannot accept returns of items manufactured by third parts (non vilros) beyond 30 days receipt.

Kit items being returned must be returned in its entirety. 

Return shipping & shipping costs are non refundable.

An RMA is required in order to return.

Missing/Damaged/Defective:
If your package is missing item/s was damaged in transit or is defective, you must notify us at: support@vilros.com within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
Vilros will choose to either send replacement/s or issue an RMA for a return for a full refund.

Vilros Manufacturer Warranty :
All products manufactured by Vilros are guaranteed against all defects for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Refund Method:
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase.
Please allow 3-5 Business days from the date the return was processed to allow the refund to post on your account.
