Optimize app titles, descriptions, and metadata with these keywords to improve rankings. - Regularly analyze market trends and competitor positioning within the kids app category to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. - Utilize A/B testing for app store assets including screenshots, icons, and preview videos to increase conversion rates and improve overall app store performance. - Track and report on ASO performance metrics, including app store rankings, search visibility, conversion rates, and organic download figures. Utilize these insights to inform ongoing optimization efforts. - Work closely with the design and product development teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and to align ASO strategies with broader marketing objectives. - Oversee the creation of captivating app store content that resonates with parents, adhering to Apple’s guidelines and best practices for child-friendly apps. - Stay ahead of ASO trends and technologies, implementing innovative techniques and tools to maintain and enhance app visibility and user engagement.   Requirements - Education: Bachelor’s degree. In my first article, I would like to talk about my first work experience as a Strong Junior Node.js Developer 💻 at a startup project. Maybe my story can help junior specialists choose between a company and a startup . Some sentences about job process: Our team consisted four workers 👨‍💻 : team lead, middle developer, two junior developers and three customers. All communication took place on Telegram and Discord. Our sprints were two weeks long. On the final day of the sprint, we had a meeting on Discord to review the tasks we completed during the current sprint and the tasks still in progress. What I learned during my time at work: 1. Pay attention to the communication among team members, as this will determine how smoothly your work process will proceed. ✅ (P.S I worked with a great team of professionals) 2. If your current task is not interesting or is boring, don't be afraid to ask to replace it with one that interests you. ✅ 3. Not understanding your current task? It's better to ask more questions to the team. Don’t worry about what the team will think about your lack of experience. Remember, there are no stupid questions if they are aimed at the successful completion of the project. ✅ What factors should be taken into account before joining a startup: 1. You might have to devote time to work on the weekends. 2. Unfortunately, most startups close down sooner or later. Be prepared to risk losing your job at the most unexpected moment. From signed collaboration agreement to signed offer in 9 days. Before working with us, they had reviewed 1000 applications the previous 2-3 months, without finding the right person. After we engaged, they made an offer to a Front-end developer we presented after ONE interview. - Candidate was presented on Wednesday. - Technical interview on Friday afternoon. - At 6 PM I got a call and email from the CEO happily extending the offer to our candidate. No rule says your interview process has to include 4+ steps. No rule that says you need to “see a few more candidates” when the perfect fit is right in front of you. In fact, in a market where most candidates have at least one other offer on the table, your ability to make decisions quickly could make all the difference in getting your ideal hire. I owe you an explanation. Why did I sound so tense speaking about communication in the project? Working remotely, it is difficult to stay sane, focusing on just two processes: current tasks and news monitoring (we are from Ukraine, you know what I mean). We do work correspondence, update tasks in Jira, and join “please, unmute. Is everyone here?” calls. Working in this format for years (especially if not of your own volition) takes its toll. To make our team feel connected and engaged during COVID-19, we created a Coffee break chat. We exchange informal news, jokes, and complaints there and also have calls over tea or lunch breaks. It started as a chat for 5-6 people, and gradually, more colleagues joined. Now, we even play some games online through this chat. It sounds simple, but I was surprised to learn that only a few teams have such chats. 🔹What about you? Yes, no? 🔸And if “no,”… why not? Better informal communication results = fewer burnout cases + improved collaboration on projects. #remotecommunication #QAtips

You all - talents! I really liked Random Coffee initiative going on in our Agile Uzbekistan community. Thanks to it, I've met brilliant people - Abduhamidkhon Muzaffarkhonov, who already has decent experience in project and product management. Also, a nice and cosy lunch with Dildora Alimjanova, who impressed with her professional abilitiess and broadnesss of interests, Gleb Lyubimov the same day, with sense of humor which is needed for our jobs even more than ever now. And yesterday I had a call with Alex V. Petrov, so now Im aware of what is going on in Business Analysis field, and learned what is Process Mining. So, here is a takeaway - all this is possible, because of Agile Uzbekistan (https://lnkd.in/d9N5RJDD). I did my kickstart in community world, when worked in EPAM, and can't leave it now. And my goal now is to look for a sponsorship worth of 300$ for upcoming AWS Community Day for a stand. EPAM already covered most of our other expenses, and big thanks to them in this hard time. Many big companies, like banks, telecoms, are looking for scrum masters, agile coaches, do offers abroad. I intentionally do not mention them as this post is not about looking for sponsors (but you can tap me in private :) ), but community building is the way to grow your talents, make people interested to become not clerks, but leaders with growth mindset.
