I can't open the terminal in Cinnamon
I have Linux Mint 13 with Cinnamon installed, but I can't open a terminal using right click nor using CtlrAltt this is just an issue with Cinnamon, why is that happening?

Start desktop launcher from command line on Mint
Can I start a desktop launcher from command line? E.g. I have a desktop launcher for slack in my ~/Desktop directory:
vadim@my-pc ~/Desktop $ cat slack.desktop

Cannot install/upgrade packags in linux mint, both terminal and package manager
