I don’t understand the bad reviews

I don’t understand the bad reviews. First off customer service is great. I sent my order to my old address and they allowed me a refund to order again to my correct address. And the items are cheap yes, but they’re no worse quality than ikea or amazon and they’re much cheaper. I even bought some ‘artwork’ that looks pretty decent once framed. I will continue to use.

Too good for working with courier Post NL

Too good for working with Post NL. Tour company works gold, fast and honest. But please find another courier then Post NL. They leave my packages outside my door unattended. Today I was not at home. Package said delivered but nothing. Or the courier legt it outside or kept the package worth 64 euro's. I immediately contacten the company but they said I had tot announce it to you. Tour company provided a refund. Thank you but think twice about Post NL andere go look at their reviews in trustpilot. It is a disaster !

I've bought a few things from Temu inc

I've bought a few things from Temu inc, bed sheets , belts , pan storage and everything has been good quality and I'm very happy with everything I have received. I'm waiting on towels at the moment but they seem to be having a world tour but I'm in no rush for them and looking forward to receiving them to see what quality they are. I've also just ordered gardening growing bags and a few other pots at a very good price . Long as you are happy to wait a while on some purchases and understand they do have to go through customs ect then why not try it , some purchases come within a week and some come within 1 or 2 months . You can also get more sale prices on their flash sales too, that's when I bought 4 Piece bed sheet set, washed it came up fab and the matteral is lovely and thick and soft better than some shop bought ones I have had. More shopping will be done.

Ordered for the first time as I wanted…

Ordered for the first time as I wanted a lot of packing and holiday items. Things were a fraction of the cost of local shops so I took the chance thinking if half of the 25 items are good I’m quids in. Every single item was excellent. This is not harrods quality… but I can’t afford harrods prices and what I received was excellent value for money. Delivery took 15 days for me, but I’d ordered in plenty of time, and tracking is easy via the app.

All in all I shall not hesitate to use the company again

Pretty decent stuff

I have been buying all sorts of stuff from Temu, clothing, car accessories, battery operated stuff and work footwear. I have to say in all honesty, it’s pretty decent stuff. One or two items were not up to scratch, but got an immediate refund with seconds of filling out the returns form.

WARNING THEFT BY TEMU

FRAUD AND THEFT WARNING!!
Anyone with a Temu account on 'automatic payments' via PayPal... CHECK YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT!!!!!
I have just been in touch with PayPal who confirm £1000s from customers have money being stolen by Temu through automatic payments... I've lost £100s which PayPal are dealing with now.

Damaged model Concorde box in transit due to poor packing.

I purchased a model Concorde amongst other items, in
2 orders. In fact all items were packed in 1 plastic bag for shipping.
Temu kept informing me there were 2 orders with separate numbers.
When the 1 package arrived the box of the model Concorde had been badly squashed and damaged in transit. This was to be a gift but could not be given as such because of the damage.
I did not return it because I had had complications with returning another item previously.
I do not like the way one has to communicate with TEMU, it is far too automated and complicated.
I will not buy from TEMU again. I much prefer Amazon Prime which I find to be excellent in every respect, buy and returning. So uncomplicated.

The order arrived within the estimated…

The order arrived within the estimated time frame and the items were good although my wife didn't like the sunglasses. However i just counted the number of emails I've received since I placed the order. 27! not including those already deleted. It's seems most are UPSALE focused. Example 90% off on the next order or free order. AND OF ALL THEM I
HAVEN'T A CLUE WHAT THEY ARE PITCHING or how to get the discount. One email offered 8 free items. Right! try getting the items. And this spin thing? And it seems all orders are subject to a shipping fee of $35.00

FRAUD and MONEY STOLEN

FRAUD! I ordered some items 2 days ago. When I checked my bank account, I noticed that more money has been taken and other transactions have been made with my credit card information in another city. This is very DANGEROUS!!!!!!!

Temu ok but farmland game is a scam!

I haven't had any problems with merchandise and returns were happily accepted. However, do not get involved in farmland game! It is a total scam! I owed 1¢ and won 2¢ and it put me back to owing 2¢! It is a total scam!

Lot of promo ads and min $$ checkout requirement sucks

TemuThe app is full of promo ads with an irritating spin wheel popping over every time.
Initially, Temu was good without a minimum checkout amount, but now they have placed AUD 40 as a min checkout requirement (CR).
I have stopped using it due to the min CR and i aint ony the one. Better options like Alibaba, Amazon, Catch, eBay, etc. exist without such conditions.

Great customer service

I've ordered quite a lot of items from Temu and have to say the customer service is very good.
Most items are 100% but on any occasion where I haven't been happy with an item they've resolved my issue immediately.
Post has been really fast, with items only taking about a week.
Communication has also been really good.
I always use paypal for purchases and it's been a very good process.
The only thing being I go on the site to buy 1 item and end up buying loads of stuff!
I'd recommend, but suggest always using paypal for purchases

They cancel your order the last minute…

They cancel your order the last minute claiming they could not reach to you or the address is wrong. Well guess what, another order from temu arrives without any issues the same day...

Saying the order is refunded like it is a solution...Customer service that parrots the same scripts over and over again with no solution offered.

This is a genuine report

This is a genuine report. Very disappointed with Temu. I returned a package to Temu on the 3rd of July. An Post tells me that it was delivered to them and signed for on the 5th of July, tracking number CH 036 066 445 IE return label number CH 037 195 945 IE Temu are telling me they never got the package and have refused to refund .

Nothing is free

There ok. Delivery is slow. They advertise on playstore the free items they have that you can get off there app for free. In all the time I've been a customer of temu's I've never had anything given to me for free and ive spent hundreds of pounds in orders off them. Even directly clicking on to there website from the advert. Don't take the advertisements for real. You'll end up paying for all items. Nothing advertised as a free item is actually free.

I shopped here was worried at first but…

I shopped here was worried at first but was impressed received my order in a week. You do have to be careful woth what you buy as some items are poor quality, but lots good gadgets and items for your home

I really am enjoying ordering from…

I really am enjoying ordering from Temu. They have really nice items at cheap prices and if you are not happy in any way they really help with a return and refund very quickly. I hope they keep up this good customer service because places like Amazon are really letting customers down. Will shop on Temu for anything I really need. So far have got some really useful items. The best item I have e ordered from Temu to date is a fountain pen Jinhao. It was really cheap but looks and feels very expensive and also writes very well. Thank you Temu.

Temu is a scam site, the goods do not match the promotions, not even close, luckily I only bought a couple of small items, they're all in the bin, they know your not going to go through the hassle of sending back.

First experience was fine

First experience was fine. Second was horrible. They sent me a spinning wheel which gave me 100% off 3 items.. (I had 10 in my cart) then it disappeared!! I contacted customer service and they said I must be mistaken??? Almost out right said I was lying! I’m done with them. It’s very tempting .. the offers are incredible.. but in my experience the offers are phantom. Amazon is a better choice

TERRIBLE NEWBORN BABY CLOTHES

Bought some newborn baby clothes for my great grandchildren. Open packages and items are terrible quality. I must admit I have purchased some items i.e. kids pj's and they seem OK but these baby clothes are going straight in charity bag. Can't be bothered sending back so lost money. Not sure if going to shop with Temu again even though I read reviews thought I was ordering decent items but they weren't.
