I downloaded a Kidslox and wanted to test the app out thinking it’s free but they charged me over 83.00 yearly plan. My kids phone can’t work on that app. Due to password doesn’t work on her phone They denied me twice with the final answer. Apple told me to get a hold of the Kidslox and they don’t do refunds they sent me over to Apple to get refund . I’m soo upset because the time I downloaded I cancelled a couple secs after and I can’t even use the app I will be appealing me case . Be careful what your download and don’t try it out either cause they will charge you big and you won’t get your money back .

Very quick, professional and complete answers. Agents were very patient with all my questions and made sure all my doubts were properly answered.
