As we embark on an exciting project to revamp ServiceNow catalog items and workflows, along with creating a dedicated area for staff reviews and access checks, we need a detail-oriented tester.
Job Description (JD)
Experience in ITSM license testing of the service portal.
Testing data accuracy on tickets/requests, workflow testing, etc.
10+ years of experience in ServiceNow testing.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform functionality and configuration.
Experience in testing ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations.
Proficiency in creating and executing test plans and test cases.
Knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Familiarity with automated testing tools and scripting languages.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Note: ITSM license is a must have
