About The Role
The Graduate Recruitment Coordinator is an integral part of Latham’s Attorney Recruiting team. This role will be responsible for working alongside our London Recruitment Committee by attracting, assessing, developing, and retaining graduates for legal roles in the UK , while coordinating all aspects of the firms participation in various law fairs and other recruitment presentations and events throughout the UK, as well as attending the law fairs and other events as a representative of the graduate recruitment team, including co-managing relationships with on campus societies. This role will be located in our London office . Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

About The Role

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Other key responsibilities include:
- Attraction
- Leading on all our open days in the London office; working with our affinity groups to arrange recruitment focused events
- Developing and maintaining recruiting materials, presentations, and other relevant information for the London trainee programme
- Assessment
- Reviewing and assessing applications for vacation schemes, 1st year programmes, and training contracts; coordinating the interview process for all programmes
- Managing our Applicant Tracking System - AllHires
- Development
- Co-Leading on all aspects of the Spring and Summer vacation schemes, liaising with vacation scheme participants before and after the scheme, securing scheme participation from required supervisors, mentors, and presenters
- Other
- Monitoring trainee recruitment costs against budget
- Identifying opportunities to continually improve existing trainee recruitment processes
- Are friendly and approachable
- Demonstrate the ability to influence, challenge, and are always looking for ways to improve
- Possess a flexible can-do attitude and are able to multi-task
- Previous graduate recruitment experience, ideally in the Law sector
- A proven track record of building credibility quickly and developing trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders
- Experience of delivering projects and processes on a cyclical basis
