🎉 Throwing it Back to the 90s for the CWG Summer Party! We swapped our presentations for podium finishes at our summer party last week, a nostalgic throwback to 90s sports days. At Mudchute Farm, our team embraced the spirit of friendly competition with classic games like egg and spoon race and an epic tug of war, followed by a well deserved party with all the classic tunes. Congratulations to the baby pink team for clinching the overall victory! 🏆 A huge thank you to our Sports and Social Committee for organising an incredible day and well done to everyone for taking part 👏

It's been a loud and proud month as we celebrated #Pride on the Wharf this June 🏳️🌈🎊   The CWG LGBTQ+ Network has continued its mission to create a safe and inclusive environment for our LGBTQ+ colleagues and customers through raising awareness, advocating, fundraising, and collaborating with our wider ED&I networks. This #PrideMonth our fantastic network: 🍴 Connected with our CWG team over a delicious spread at our LGBTQ+ Pride Lunch. 🧁 Raised funds for akt to support their work combating LGBTQ+ youth homelessness at our Pride Bake Sale and raffle. Thank you to everyone who participated and donated! Our Arts & Events programme championed diversity throughout the month with free events and installations: 🎨 We unveiled the newest addition to our public art collection, GET REAL by Henry Gibbs - this thought-provoking installation explores queer narratives and self-identity and is available to view permanently on Wren Landing. 💗 Pride & Joy by Fox Fisher transformed part of Crossrail Place Roof Garden with a joyous mural celebrating LGBTQ+ diversity. 🎬 Pride Film Club featured screenings of But I'm a Cheerleader and The Wizard of Oz. 🎭 Alfresco Arts had a Pride takeover with theatre shows, voguing workshops and family crafts in Crossrail Place Roof Garden. Who made the podium at our annual office agents sports day? 🏆 We're extremley glad to have welcomed our agents for a day of "Olympic level" challenges and activities last week, celebrating the start of a summer of sport on the Wharf 🏓 From Open Water Swimming with Love Open Water to padel at Padium and minigolf on our Craig & Karl designed course, the day was jam-packed with fierce competition.
