Designed a new and improved process for Inventory Management Process of leading terminal operator in the Lagos ports to tighten internal controls and reduce likelihood of theft and fraud and improve operational efficiency
Led the improvement of the distribution process, routines and internal controls of a leading newspaper publishing house to ensure that the appropriate number of copies are sent to all distribution nodes, and that all copies shipped are properly and correctly accounted…Designed a new and improved process for Inventory Management Process of leading terminal operator in the Lagos ports to tighten internal controls and reduce likelihood of theft and fraud and improve operational efficiency
Led the improvement of the distribution process, routines and internal controls of a leading newspaper publishing house to ensure that the appropriate number of copies are sent to all distribution nodes, and that all copies shipped are properly and correctly accounted for, receipts banked and returns disposed of of the publishing house saving $1000 per annum in manpower fees and 3 hours in distribution process time achieving daily reporting of sales position -
