What even is an assessment centre? And what do you actually do there? 🫥 Thank goodness for our friends over at Beam who are there to help. On June 22nd, a group of our members trooped down to Beam’s London office. The Beam team ran a hands-on session for our members to get in some interview and assessment centre practice - an essential for smashing any career prep our members are carrying out. The workshop was run by Ziyad, who actually works in Recruitment himself - so he knows EXACTLY what interviewers are looking for. Time in the hot seat, a therapeutic moan about the perils of the grad job market (which we can now help with 👀), and a lovely lunch. Cheers Beam Team - whatta day! 🎉 April’s been a huge month for us, with new joiners across Talent, Partnerships, Operations and Growth. Meet 6 of our new joiners over the last month: Victor is our Sales and Partnerships Lead, helping us to propel our exciting #AI tools 👀 He also happens to be a former 5x American Football Premiership Champion 🏈 Janita is one of our new Pathway Coaches, with some incredible experience in Operations and Healthcare 🩺 She'll be working directly with Members to support them through their journeys. Dale is our new Head of Talent, and joins us with a fantastic background not only in recruitment but working with fast-paced #startups 🚀 Rashida joins us as a Government Growth Manager, with some incredible experience in developing partnerships. She previously lived in South Korea for three years 🇰🇷 Maddy is a new Pathway Coach, and will be supporting our Members. She also happens to be trained in fire eating! 🔥 Ruwan is our new Associate Director of Partnerships!
