Tristan has today announced details of an €165m loan arranged to support the ongoing expansion of Paris-based Centaurus Group. Provided on a segregated account basis with an existing Tristan investor, the loan is one of the largest in the French hospitality sector and is secured against seven recently renovated four and five star hotels in Paris.    Described as an “exceptional quality hospitality portfolio” by our Head of Debt Investment, Dan Pottorff, these assets secure the 17th loan the business has arranged since launching our lending platform and takes us to more than €1bn in loans under management.   Centaurus was founded in its current form in 2020 by Céline Falco, Jean-Bernard FALCO and Grégory Pourrin, has been a fixture in the Parisian market for four generations and is a business we are delighted to be able to support and work with on this transaction.   Read React News’ write up of the deal, here:

Elektrownia Powiśle in the MIPIM 2024 Finals❗ Elektrownia Powiśle is the sole project in Poland and the entire CEE region to have made it through to the finals of this year's MIPIM Awards. Developed by Tristan Capital Partners and White Star Real Estate (WSRE), the project has been nominated in the "Best Urban Regeneration Project" category. This marks the second time in three years that the Warsaw complex, designed by APA Wojciechowski Sp. z o.o., has been recognized in this prestigious competition. In the current edition of MIPIM Awards 2024, 209 projects from 39 countries worldwide were submitted. Of these, 40 projects from 20 countries made it to the finals.
