We capped off #PrideMonth & kicked off #PrideDisabilityMonth by creating a rainbow in our offices! Diversity is an essential part of any team. It gives you variety. More ideas. Different perspectives. We're committed to celebrating #DEI. And will take responsibility for making #positivechange in our industry and the businesses we support.

CSR , Wellbeing & Perks of the job. There’s been many debates on #linkedin around what constitutes as a ‘perk of the typical office job’ - my personal take is that we are all very privileged people who have the platform (perk) to spread some good in the world 🌍. Here at Strativ Group we take our #corperatesocialresponsbility very seriously. From working in markets (by design) that are led by sustainable development through to charity/fundraising (interlinking with our #wellbeing pillar). This weekend I took on a new off-road trial #marathon ~ taking 1st place, my 25th marathon to date for #charity. Currently embarking on 1 marathon a month for 16 months for the Hospice UK foundation which is very close to our companies hearts. Great day in the sun ☀️ with the family at the finish line! With it warming up outside I encourage all to get active (and possibly raise some awareness for a good cause along the way 🙂). Wishing my #network a great week ahead 🚀

Right, we're not saying you have to jump out of a plane to be an A-Player... But you do need an incredible mentality to do so. We're so proud of and impressed by Maia Parkin. Maia and her family to the leap from 10,000 feet. All to raise money for Parkinson's UK. Not only is the actual sky dive an amazing achievement. But they also managed to raise £4000 for a brilliant cause. Well done Maia! You're a true Strativ Group legend. 👏 P.S. You can still donate!
