Next Generation in Investor Relations Network
About us
The rise in the alternative market and the increasing level of sophistication of investors calls on a new generation of investor relations professionals who can cater to the informational needs of investors and help bridge the gap between market needs and investment activity. The Next Generation in Investor Relations ("NGIR") network was established in 2021 with the goal to create a forum for the benefit of junior-mid level, working professionals in the investor relations private fund industry ranging from entry level to VP / Director in order to facilitate knowledge sharing. Group members will meet to share their experiences and benefit from networking and educational opportunities. Regular events including guest speakers, networking socials, educational seminars are being held covering a multitude of topics of interest. A steering committee existing of seven young investor relations professionals has been established in order to drive the strategic direction of the network. The steering committee members are: · Stephen Bradnam – LeapFrog Investments · Harry Elliott – MV Credit · Denise Ge - Glendower Capital · Katy Radcliffe – Hollyport Capital · Roland Valentin Rataj – Ardian · Jacqueline Randall – Waterland · Anna Slotala – Eurazeo · Edie Walker – Charterhouse

We had a fantastic turnout for our 2023 Christmas party at Lockes Bar in Covent Garden, with over 100 people in attendance. Thank you to Dasseti for sponsoring the event, business card raffle, gift bags and cocktail naming competition. The winning cocktail name was 'The Dirty Clawback' - congratulations Cameron Grant and thanks to everyone else for some great submissions. Looking forward to a busy events calendar for 2024!

Just a week to go until our holiday event! We are hosting a little competition before, and have already had some fantastic names for our bespoke Christmas cocktail submitted. If you are attending our Christmas drinks event and haven't sent in your cocktail name, get your thinking caps on. A twist on the classic Bramble, this fruity number contains gin, lemon, elderflower liquor and strawberry cordial. If you have not RSVP'd, our event is unfortunately sold out and we hope to see you at the next one. If you have, the link to submit a name is in your email from Fiona Sherwood of Dasseti which is kindly sponsoring the event.

Thanks again to March Consultants and Rede Partners LLP for putting on such a great event!
It was a great pleasure to welcome over 35 of the ‘Next Generation’ of IR leaders to our first Investor Relations breakfast networking event yesterday. When we set up March, one of our ambitions was to ensure that we were advocates of the acceleration of best practices in the private markets industry. We therefore designed this event to help the Future IR leaders develop their capabilities, explore different career path and also provide space for cross industry discussion. I’d like to thank our four fantastic panelist’s, Kristina Kuhnke Denaro, Marc Lutgen, CFA, Tequila Bone, Julie Prewer for sharing their collective wisdom with us today, Nicola Morgan for expertly invigilating, Rede Partners LLP for their very generous loan of the entertainment space and of course the NextGen IR committee for agreeing to co-host this event with us. The event was a huge success and provided a valuable opportunity for networking and learning. #learning #networking #paneldiscussion #nextgeneration #careeradvice #futureleaders
