Exciting News | DSDC and Rialto Markets Partner to Pave the Way for Issuing Digital Securities as ADRs. A multi-year effort is coming to a successful end. Digital Securities Depositary Corporation (DSDC) received regulatory guidance and clarity from the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) on how to operate a distributed financial market infrastructure for delivering regulatory-compliant digital securities in the US. The initial asset class in scope is ADRs → shares trading in the US from foreign blue-chip companies. The DSDC infrastructure technology is provided by KALYP Technologies. Rialto Markets has joined the DSDC network as a member and will be undertaking a new role "compliance as a service" to meet the regulatory requirements.
