Horstman Defence Systems awarded The Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Bronze Award. Horstman Defence Systems, a RENK Group company, is proud to have been recognised with a significant award from the Ministry of Defence, for its support of the armed forces. The Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) 2023 Bronze Award has been granted to the Bath based manufacturer in December 2023. The award recognises Horstman’s support for the armed forces community, as well as its alignment with the values of the Armed Forces Covenant, which it signed in September 2023. “We are extremely proud of our links with the armed forces, and this award brings with it important benefits to manufacturing employers such as Horstman. It enables us to continue to empower and support our veterans and to provide opportunities to reservists, nurturing a culture of respect and inclusivity and welcoming diverse perspectives in our business”, said Ian Pain FIMechE, CEO of Horstman Defence Systems.
