He specializes in strategic, business and commercial intelligence, arbitration and litigation support, fraud investigations, asset searches, forensic investigations and anti-corruption. Prior, he co-founded a global long-short equity hedge fund. Louis-David started his career in investment banking in 1993, including 16 years at UBS and Credit Suisse, where he advised financial institutions on M&A and capital management.
