    Creating a Culture for Scale 🥞🥓🥑🍳 We recently partnered with Viator to host a Product Leadership Breakfast where our amazing panel shared their real life experiences and learnings around “Creating a Culture for Scale” 🚀 Here were the biggest takeaways: ⚖️ Balance is key: Ensure a mix of structured processes and individual freedom to grow while staying in control. 👌🏼 Prioritise outcomes: Focus on clear goals and metrics, ensuring teams aim for results, not just completing tasks. 📣 Communicate well: As organisations grow, transparent and frequent communication across teams is essential for alignment and collaboration. ❤️ Develop and hire talent: It's tough to find skilled product managers.
