They've also been product/design-led from day one, so they have a high bar for design! You'll need experience shipping SaaS productivity products while leading a product design team. This would suit a Principal/Design Lead looking to step up into more of a management/leadership position or a head of/director looking to get back closer to the craft. This report aims to provide detailed information about salaries, equity, bonuses, ideal days in the office, and common reasons why people are considering leaving their current jobs. The goal is to encourage transparency in the product and design market. Last year, we released our first salary report, which focused on salaries for product and design talent. We are excited to build on that success and provide even more insights for candidates, employers, and VCs. We have already received over 500 responses from our network and will expand our reach with a Typeform survey on LinkedIn this week.
