Our Survey says … Over the past couple of weeks I had the opportunity to visit Concrete Repairs Limited teams engaged on Nightshift closures on the M53 on the Wirral and M1 in South Yorkshire. Both schemes involve inspection and testing covering half cell, cover meter , dust sampling tests and ,on three structures , a highly specialist advanced structure assessment using ground penetrating radar to provide detailed condition reports. These provide our client National Highways important , up to date and accurate information on the structures condition to determine the extent and nature of future repairs. It was great to see the teams working collaboratively with the supply chain and fellow SDF framework partners in order to complete the essential works under strict limited Road and Network Rail possessions. CRL is actively engaged on a number of similar surveys and inspections presently around the 6 regions where we operate under the Framework.
