We are constantly surrounded by innovative manufacturers but every now and then you get to peak under the hood and get a closer look at what they do and how they do it. Last week I had the privilege to visit soft drinks manufacturer Britvic plc’s factory in Rugby where the company has doubled its capacity in four years, has invested c.£40m into the factory and, most recently, announced a £13m investment to install a fifth canning line at the site. The company manufacturers a number of well-known brands including Robinsons, Tango, Lipton, 7Up, J20 and, as you can see, one or two cans of Pepsi!!!
