    Being a people person, the world of tech sales was a no-brainer for 🎺 Olivia Whitworth, going from an SDR, to SDR Team Leader, and then finding her way to being an Account Executive at trumpet 🎺 “I’m a naturally empathetic person and so I love helping people solve their pain points” 🤝 Working in a fast-paced environment, learning from different people and the opportunity to travel for different sales kick-offs has provided ample growth opportunities “What’s unique to trumpet 🎺 is it’s solving a problem that I’ve experienced myself as a sales rep. It’s so relatable and easy to sell based on my experience” trumpet 🎺 is on a mission to centralise buyer journeys and close deals faster with digital sales rooms – creating interactive, collaborative and auto-personalised spaces “I joined as one of the founding AEs and from the get go it’s been a real whirlwind. Selling to sales people is brilliant especially with such a great product. We’re a super collaborative team and often co-sell with Rory our CEO” 🙏 In Q1, Olivia hit 152% of her goal and in Q4 hit 125%... what’s her advice for being a top performer at trumpet 🎺? “Being strict with your calendar is essential. Always allocate 2 hours each day for outreach.     Yesterday I attended a great webinar hosted by Kevin Heremans and Zara Arshad-Roberts 🙌 The webinar was around preparing for and running a successful demo - something I've been working hard on getting right over the past few weeks so the timing of this was great. I've attended a few webinars of similar substance and I have to say this was one of the best. Kevin engaged every participant and is clearly great at what he does 🎯 Some key points I took away: 🌟 Fail to prepare, prepare to fail; when preparing for the demo, act as if you're an employee at that company. What is likely to be important to this organisation on a deeper level 🌟 Send an agenda ahead of the call - such a simple one but one that I'd stopped doing. This acts as a reminder for the demo and also ensures everyone knows what the focuses are going to be 🌟 Show your most powerful feature first. Prospects don't have an unlimited amount of time and captivating them with the thing that is most relevant first, will ensure they are engaged 🌟 Ask them to rate the solution as it relates to their priorities. A bold one but this is going to give clarity around where this deal should sit in your pipeline Thanks again to Kevin & Zara for some great tips!
