I'm a information manager, data tamer, spreadsheet wrangler and business process optimiser.

Previously a freelance consultant and trainer for Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Office, and four-time MVP for Dynamics CRM (later Business Solutions).

I've been working in IT in all sorts of roles including teaching Excel for over 30 years, and specialising in Dynamics CRM for more than 10.
