Brave is an open source privacy-focused web browser based on Chrome. This tag should only be used when the problem is found or is repeatable in the desktop version of the browser. Android and iOS versions are off-topic on Super User. When writing questions you should state the version of the browser you are using and, if relevant, tag the question with your operating system.
Brave is a modern web-browser that was started by the creator of javascript and co-founder of Mozilla (seamonkey, mozilla-firefox, …).
Brave is currently based on the same rendering-engine as google-chrome, but is posed to improve page load time performance, security and privacy by getting rid of third-party advertisement channels that are often used not only to significantly slow down page load time and decrease battery-life through pervasive tracking mechanisms, but also to inadvertently distribute new types of malware.
