Windows XP's appearance is messed up
For some reason, the appearance of my computer has gone haywire. See picture below. I have not downloaded anything and as you can see: the theme is Windows XP.

Switch to Monochrome
Is it possible to switch the display mode under Windows to monochrome somehow? You know, like when you select 'Turn off' in Windows XP and it makes it all grayed out - so I need this but for life.
