"%1" in the "Open With menu" in Windows 8.1
While trying to choose the program to open some .TGA files, I clicked "Open with" and what I saw was that there is an option "%1", and it's selected by default.
What is that? Is it a bug in registry ...

I'm using the VLC app that is the Windows Store Version.
How do I go about disabling Subtitles on playback by default while still allowing the options during playback to select Subtitles?

Getting rid / Moving of pre-set folders in the User folder
