Hi Michael this site is a question and answer one. So answers cant have questions. Please remove the question and post it as one.

Sorry, I'd be happy to correct my post, but I don't understand whether your concern is with my question or the workaround that I posted as an answer. I guess I never really stated a question as a question; maybe that's it? I'll edit the original post to pose a more clear question.
