As you can see in the image, even though the installation says 'Successful', the admin user generation failed so I can't login.

I'm using forma lms 4.0.7 with PHP 8.1 My server is running on ubuntu 22.04 and cloudpanel

The database gets populated so I know it's not a connection issue.

  • I don't know "Format LMC" but apparently it uses a MySQL database...? And the installation must create the database and the associated MySQL user...?

    Use FormaLMS forum to get help. Anyway, are there related errors in apache and mysql error logs?

  • Also, just a side note: using images for code or errors causes a lot of problems. Use images only to illustrate graphical issues. Please read Why should I not upload images of code/data/errors?. Thank you
