TP Link TL-SG108E OPNSENSE VLAN set up unsure of what Hmm. I set up the VLANs in Opnsense to have the same tag as the IP subnet ID. So USER has 10 as a tag. Is that the same as the VLAN ID? I did it that way so they would correspond to each ohter. If that is correct then the PVID would would be 10 as well for untagged ports on the USER VLAN? Sorry I did not put that in the original question! |

TP Link TL-SG108E OPNSENSE VLAN set up unsure of what I think I understand a lot better now thanks. This helps explain PVID settings as well I think. For example If I attach my TV box to port 8 on the switch then In VLAN 4 IOT I would set switch port 8 to untagged and in the PVID settings I would I would set port 8 to PVID 30. Is that correct? |
