Cannot figure out how to add additional SATA port @Ramhound Here's another better link: hardware-corner.net/desktop-models/Dell-OptiPlex-7020-MT It should be #20 at the key towards the bottom. So I can't replace the Power Supply at all? |

Can an nvme/m.2 card be adding as an additional drive to any motherboard? @Ramhound Thanks! So an nvme card is compatible with an unsupported motherboard (optiplex) via PCIE 2.0? I have a buddy who tried to use it as a boot drive and his optiplex motherboard didn't recognize it. I'm just trying to use it as an additional drive though. |

Can an nvme/m.2 card be adding as an additional drive to any motherboard? @user1686 Yes, with Sata SSDs. There are different devices though. NVME is not compatible with BIOS boot on older motherboards. So my question is if it is even possible to use it with an unsupported BIOS at all, not as a boot drive but as an extra drive. |

CSS within Electron: Only allow overflow in specific direction Hey there! Thanks so much. It's not exactly what I was looking for but it's in the right direction, and I can emulate the behavior by limiting the minimum screen height/width. Thanks! |

CSS within Electron: Only allow overflow in specific direction Wow, thanks so much Calvin! So what I was referring to was when flex is used, it will attempt to stabilize the content when the electron window is resized. Unfortunately it keeps moving upward, under the toolbar. I'd like it to overflow, but not to overflow upward, as this makes the text difficult to see. As I'm using flex, the scrollbar doesn't appear (and I don't really want to it, it's a desktop app). I'm hoping the text just becomes overflows off the bottom of the screen, without being blocked by the toolbar. |

Cannot import Node, JS, or Electron library in Angular Typescript module no matter what I try Ok that makes sense, thanks! But how on earth am I supposed to create a new electron window in an angular app? People use electron and .js/.ts files all over the internet, using import {BrowserWindow} from 'electron' for example. But it just doesn't work for me. Can you please explain the correct way to use node modules with an angular/front end app? |
