Right now I'm spoiling myself with Visual Studio 2012 which is a dream tool.

EE does require that people asking questions pay, but they’re the ones who need the answers now and today, so that doesn't seem unreasonable. EE also allows people to answer a couple of questions a month and receive their full subscription at no charge; I’ve been a member for more than a decade , and have never paid a cent to use EE.
As said, I'm only an answer expert for the EE(an Expert Member).
