comment Infinite regresses and AI: are they compatible?
@PhilipKlöcking You as conscious being don't have an oracle for the halting problem either, you just stop a cognitive process at some point so you don't expend all your resources on it (time, cognitive load, etc etc.).

comment Infinite regresses and AI: are they compatible?
@andrós Well your question at it's heart is actually two: 1) Is there reason to believe AI in general can't do self reflection? (I don't see why that would be). 2) How do current AIs/LLMs deal with infinite regresses (given that LLMs are text completion and can barely do logic at all because of that, the answer to that is probably "not great" but doesn't bring you closer to an answer to 1) ).

comment How do the LDS Church reconcile their teaching that the Lord withdrew the authority of the Priesthood from the earth with the book of Hebrews?
The only reconcilitation need I see is with your conclusion/interpretation "By His death and resurrection Jesus Christ secured the priesthood for sinners forever.". Still, I think the changes resolve the close reason. @curiousdannii Do you disagree? Should this question still be closed after the change or reopened?

@gouessej "Server at home" - what do you need fine-grained access control for, are other people involved in whatever you are doing on your home server?

Perfect, that worked. There is no educational reason, I am just a beginner that didn't know lia existed.

comment How well does the following argument work as a counter towards unfalsifiable supernatural claims?
@Corbin Not wrong, but I was specifically addressing the part of the question saying that supernatural claims are somehow outside of human perception. Au contraire, the claims are often about something perceived.

I was able to solve the original problem with induction tactic over Sd_dec m but I think an answer could still be interesting and valuable learning.
