Shopping Companion is an application to keep a complete log of all the purchases you make.

In it you can enter any useful info about the items you buy in brick-and-mortar stores: store name and location, section, type of item, quantity, price, discount, and lots of other data.

The application logs all this info to keep you informed at all times of the total amount you've spent and the amount you've saved on whatever you've bought.

Shopping Companion is an application with a specific purpose that might well prove very useful for certain people. Unfortunately, it does includes some complicated concepts that might limit its mass appeal.
