Sales & Events tarteist™, Singapore

Sales & Events tarteist™ owns the relationship with Sephora Store Managers and cast members in his/her territory. Together through partnered efforts, the brand and store team are to meet or exceed performance goals set through training, marketing, merchandising and stock optimization strategies.

Sales & Events tarteist™, is the "essence of the brand" at the store level, whose primary role is to interact with store staff and clients to represent the brand values/philosophy, educate about the brand, and to share with store staff how to sell the brand. The SE provides in-store brand support to drive sell-through volume to achieve sales goals and is to help create store-by-store action plans based on sales analysis and store-level insights to achieve sales goals for his/her designated stores.

The ideal candidate must enjoy the retail environment, have a passion for people, service & artistry. The candidate must commit to a specific weekly schedule & be a strong seller, with the ability to pull, consult & build a sale while adhering to Sephora's guidelines & standards. The SE must be driven to meet sales goals in the stores they are assigned.

Sales & Event Responsibilities

  • Provide in-store sales support to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
  • Assess and evaluate each store's productivity to create action plans
  • Build and develop strong relationships with Sephora store teams
  • Educate store staff to ensure they have strong product knowledge and selling skills
  • Assist in-store events to drive sales and support marketing objectives as and when required


Operations

  • Manual stocks check at each store to report on OOS issues via Glide app
  • Provide continual communication of any store concerns, stock concerns, product packaging or formula issues, space & location challenges
  • Complete schedules and t-sheets by monthly due dates

Qualifications & Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience in beauty industry
  • Understanding of/experience working with Sephora will be a plus point
  • Sales-driven and proactive
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to work retail shifts on weekends and public holidays
  • Fluent in both oral and written communication skills in English
  • Only Singaporeans or Permanent Residents may apply
