Trelleborg’s program Safety@Work is a way of establishing and maintaining a common safety culture and reduce occupational accidents, injuries and illnesses, in all our facilities. It ties in with UN Goal 8 - decent work and economic growth. Our ambition is to continuously reduce occupational injuries that lead to more than one day’s absence – Lost Workday Case (LWC). In 2023, the target was less than 1.0 LWC per 100 employees and we not only accomplished it but we surpassed it, the average was 0.8 LWCs (1.0) per 100 employees. #ProtectingtheEssential
