Are the Gorn species and the Tamarian species related in the Star Trek Universe or other non-canon Star Trek references?

To answer the questions below. I was watching the episodes, and kind of felt like they looked similar. I'm not sure how all the different species in the STU evolved. I do not know if they all seeded as in the TNG episde: "The Chase", or separately evolved, or a combination, but that isn't really my question. Just looking at these two peoples, and compensating for how the costumes, and special effects for different groups changed during the different series and movies, I see some visual similarities. For the person who posted the pictures below, an image on screen doesn't have to be exact to be a related species or even between the sametwo species. This holds true for most of the species that were in more then one series, Klingons, Romulans, Vulcans, etc.

IE, Klingons (Yes I did see the DS9 that with worf going back to TOS. Please don't reference it as an answer, as this isn't just from one series to the next, it encompases, multiples series, movies, even costume/feature changes within the same series. )
