Our technology will have massive implications to the Oil & Gas, Maritime, Industry 4.0, and Transport segments, particularly for the management and tracking of assets in remote and rural areas and extending 5G coverage through non-terrestrial networks. Our office in KSA is expanding and we are looking for a Customer Success Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to build value based customer relationship
- Gather intelligent product feedback and recommendations from the customers
- Develop customer focused processes for ensuring customer success
- Apply domain expertise to close deals
- Ensure high user adoption of Gainsight’s customer success management application
- Implement best practices to improve customer success
- Ensure smooth onboarding handoff
Requirements and skills:
- Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
- Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- Technical skills required, as they relate to the use of the product or service
- Accountability and personal organization are essential
- Experience in managing a diverse group and training each according to company standards
- A Engineering or Business degree is preferred
- Possessing certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Six Sigma is highly advantageous.
