It seems to have been a problem since last update on the S24 Ultra.Mine too does the same thing. It super fast charges sometimes, and sometimes it doesn't.Takes over 2h to charge my phone sometimes.It's not stable anymore.I have the 65W triple charge...

Yeah it's pretty ridiculous. It's really a hit or miss. One day it'll just work. Another it'll lock itself as soon as I unlock it and turn off the screen.

Partial shipments are definitely possible. Maybe not in stores but on Samsung Canada website, yes.I've received many partial shipments and even now, still waiting on my free watchband while my other items have shipped.
