Samsung Rewards not reflected

It has been 4 weeks since I purchased my s23u online. But I still have not received my Samsung rewards points yet. How long does it take? Will it even reflected eventually? 😔

I mean Shopee and Lazada will advise you on expected delivery before you confirm the order. Samsung online platform leaves you guessing until you click order.

i think need to activate your samsung wallet too before your points came in. i heeded JP19 advice too because i worried but it came on the 15th or 16th days

Oh that means if Samsung Wallet is not set-up on ur device, the points won't arrive ah? Makes sense too.. since the points notification will show only if u have the app. If no app and the app is not yet set-up, the user won't receive any updates.

i saw the instruction handout when i retrieve my collection, that we need to have Samsung Wallet set up first so i hope the author has one by now

Oh I see.. yeah lor.. so probably those who didn't receive their points even after 14 days, is due to them not yet set-up Samsung Wallet on their new devices.
