It has been 4 weeks since I purchased my s23u online. But I still have not received my Samsung rewards points yet. How long does it take? Will it even reflected eventually? 😔

Hi, the points should take about 14 days, after ur device has been delivered to u successfully, to reflect in ur account.

Alright. Do contact Samsung if u haven't received it past the 14 days + 2. Probably if after 16 to 17 days and u still haven't received, then need to contact Samsung le. But usually, by the 14th day, should receive alr.

Yes. The online platform doesn't say anything about fulfillment until after order is confirmed. I would have changed my order if I knew it would take so long. They need to learn from Shopee or Lazada on this.

Yes, it's actually like this for exclusive colour. They don't have ready stocks. They will only start manufacturing when there is order. My Z Fold 4 Burgundy which I ordered on 24th Apr, just arrived yesterday, 20th May only. So I think yours should be around week le. If not, need to chase them liao.

For Shopee/Lazada, they don't sell exclusive colours, so their stocks are ready to shipped anytime.
