S23 ultra required me input Pin to unlock every 2 hours

Anyone else got same problem? My s23 ultra required me input Pin to unlock every 2 hours. I am using fingerprint.

What's the prompt that the screen say? Are you on any company's MDM aka Mobile Device Management?

Security 72 hours to use Pin, but actually only 2 hours

Maybe u wanna try back up ur data the try reset all settings and see whether it will help... Else I would think factory reset would be last resort... Cos I don't see this occurrence on my wife's s23ultra...

Hmm.. I think the easiest way to test will be to delete all the fingerprints and re-setup again. Or u can use a pattern authentication method, instead of fingerprint, to see if it's specific to the fingerprint authentication issue. Then monitor for 2 hours.

Did you accidentally switch on the auto optimization, it will restart your phone and if you need to use pin to start your phone?
