Hi

Does anyone receive invoice?

I pre-order S22+ on samsung online shop. And I just received yesterday.

But I don't see invoice inside the package. So that I can not redeem the e-voucher...

Does anyone have same problem?

I ordered S22 Ultra from Samsung online store and came with Delivery order/Invoice. You should have it in your delivery bag. I think you should call Samsung.

I Had this problem too. You have to email sgonlinestore@samsung.com to ask for the invoice.

I used the DO as the proof of perchase and make the redemption of e-voucher successfully

Did the delivery have to open the package and ask u to sign the DO? U should get a copy of it as well. That will be proof of purchase and warranty start from delivery date.
