Set personalised alerts on your Galaxy Watch for monitoring high and low BPM. You can receive heart rate alerts from your watch if your heart rate is above a certain level for 10 minutes when resting.

Step 1. Swipe up on the screen to open Apps.

Step 2. On the Apps screen tap on the  Samsung Health icon.

Step 3. Scroll down and tap on Settings.

Set different BPMs for Low and High HR

You can set your preferred low and high heart rate level instead of the default 40 (for low) and 120 (for high).

Tap on the category that you want to change and select the appropriate HR you prefer for each alert.
