PromotionsHi, I request you to please follow the below steps once and check again.
Step 1. Launch the Settings app.
Step 2. Tap General management menu.
Step 3. Tap Reset menu.
Step 4. Tap Reset network settings menu.
Step 5. Tap Reset settings button.
Note: It will just erase your network settings, Wi-Fi passwords stored and Bluetooth connections.
