Because of line issues , my phone have body damage but I but that line came out after software update , but that customer care service very rude to explain me and they said to me you dropped your mobile so it's happen , you must pay , If it's my fault I can pay but it's happened after update , I have Samsung products TV , washing machine , earbuds , mobile phone the only reason is trust , but today they broke my trust
