Disappointed with Samsung service

I am super disappointed with Samsung service due to the appearance of the green lines. Was asked to replace my lcd screen at a cost of 390 dollars  before they are willingly to look into the green line matter. The green lines appear after the samaung updates 
.

My Samsung note 20 has the same green line issue. Samsung display failure is repeatedly happen but they don't care their poor customers.

I change the LCD at hougang green for 278. And start using it again. The green line came out on 23rd month just before 2 years. Very disappointing.
