Samsung Book 2 - Samsung Account

Has anyone else had problems logging into your Samsung Account on a Book 2?

Every time I try the Samsung Account comes up then closes without me being able to log in.

Tried to get help from Samsung Support and the fiddled with my Book 2 without resolving the issue.

If anyone has a solution how to fix this I'd appreciate the help. Quite annoying.

Hi DaleJulian, did you observe any error message while trying to login to Samsung account on your Galaxy Book2?

When I go to Samsung settings it says I've been logged out. There is no error when the Samsung account closes.

Hi, if you cannot sign in, please check to make sure your Android version and Samsung account version is up to date.

Check the Samsung Account status website. Sometimes, sign-in problems can be caused by temporary system issues.

It's not android, book go are windows 11.

I did a windows reset, keeping my files and that fixed the Samsung account issue.
