Bixby routines not in quick panel

Hey there, I've bought a new phone (s23 ultra) and transferred everything from my previous phone over. 

I realised that my routines were not working so when I checked it out, it seems like the whole routines page is grayed out. I can't enable anything. 

I saw that modes are a new thing so I thought I'll just recreate routines in modes instead but I can't turn it on. Error msg says to turn on bixby routines in quick panel. However, it isn't found in quick panel.

Researched a little and found others with the same issue. Was wondering if anyone has found a fix to this...

Mine is 4.1.00.3 atm. Yeah I guess that's why..

Yeah seems like only S23 series have the latest update and the version is buggy.

Modes and routines bugs makes me want to switch to an iPhone.

Does iPhone have this feature? If they do.. I may consider that next too

Modes and routines is the worst software that android has implemented. If u set a do not disturb mode. It will set a alarm to wake u up exactly at the time when u don't to be disturbed. Isn't it stupid? Google should really streamline and stop creating stupid software just because u hired a lot of software engineers.
