QOwnNotes

QOwnNotes is an open-source tool for taking notes that integrates Nextcloud and ownCloud servers, thus allowing you to securely control all the notes on your device. These notes are saved as markdown files on the computer without being locked by any external or paid provider. The notes will be synchronized immediately thanks to the NextCloud upload.

C++ is the language in which QOwnNotes is written, so it is considered a fairly optimized program for low CPU and memory resource consumption. With the program, you can manage your own personal task list through Nextcloud/Owncloud or another type of CalDAV server to synchronize these same tasks and notes. Notes and files will be safe at all times thanks to backups and old versions being retrieved from the Nextcloud server.

QOwnNotes is a fully customizable, free program, that takes hardly any storage space on your device and is fully optimized to run at maximum speed. You can create your own scripts thanks to the total control provided over the notes you make.
