This was actually found on a painting, not first seen on a screen.

  • $\begingroup$ Sure it’s just that from a cursory glance at the puzzle it seems like the puzzle is inaccessible to most people since it requires some in-depth specialized knowledge in a particular subject matter to even have a chance of working this puzzle out. People outside of the electrical engineering field would need to spend a lot of time researching before they can have a chance to have a crack at this. I felt the same way about the LOK related puzzle you posted. $\endgroup$

If you

take only the cells in four particular colors (the greenish-gray, pink, dark purple, and the single brownish-purple cell)

they spell out

THAT IS EZ.

In this case,

our inputs are RBY color channels. Here they are:
