Please put the Fitbit App back the way it was before Google took over! The sleep graph was so much better, and I never had these issues of not syncing. Even after the daily routine of: force stop, turning off the bluetooth and back on again. Clearly, the app needs to go back the way it was, as many are having the same problems. Sometimes, it works, but most times, it doesn't. Frustrating!

When I was notified that the wallet feature was changing, I went through the steps to update to the required Google Pay. On my phone, there are 2 credit cards available. But in the app, it says there are no cards installed. I've researched the fix and tried to reinstall the cards, but it doesn't work. I've read that an update will be pushed on July 29 that will fix it. Why require users to transition to a platform that wasn't fully tested? This is frustrating!

Updated review July 2024. With the new Google update i can no longer sync and when i do it kicks me out by the next morning. Absolutely frustrating. I've had the app before Google for about 8 years and never had this issue. And it keeps asking me to link to Google. I don't want to link i already have an account. Stop pushing!! And fix the app!!! Original review. Like being able to see how long I slept, my exercise patterns and steps.
